On behalf of the entire Vaquero Store family, our hearts and prayers go out to all of those impacted by COVID-19. We also want to share our gratitude for the first responders, everyone in our healthcare industry, essential workers, and our military who are working tirelessly to keep America safe, healthy, running, and defended.
We are facing unprecedented challenges and uncertainty with each passing day. As you have stood by us, we want to assure you we stand united and committed to serving the needs of our customers, associates and communities. To date, we have been able to donate 1000 masks to local Dallas hospitals. Our associates that have been asked to stay home are receiving partial pay and our floor team is receiving small bonuses.

Due to the additional safety measures we're taking in our warehouses, we're experiencing delays in shipping orders and processing returns. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work extra hard to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our teams, including:
• Increasing sanitization efforts and thorough cleanings of all areas
• Adhering to social distancing guidelines by staggering break times and expanding work spaces
• Securing reusable cloth masks to distribute to our employees
The health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is always our #1 priority. As we continue to navigate this time, know that we will get through it together.
Additionally, as needed or required, we have temporarily reduced our warehouse hours. We thank you for your continued support.
